Welcome back to Part 2 of our Chinatown farmer market exploration with The HealthyLocavore. If you missed the first part where I followed around chef Sarah who was shopping around for local produce to prepare few dishes, read part 1 here.
This part is dedicated to simply showcasing Sarah's creations. She is a strong believer in supporting local farmers and eating healthy, hence her name - The HealthyLocavore.
Best zucchini I ever had
If you are thinking these pictures look delicious, you simply have no idea. I have a mini confession to make. After we were done with the shoot, Sarah invited me to sit down at her dining table and try all the dishes you see here in pictures. To say everything was delicious is an understatement. Bite after bite I was blown away at the creativity and the balance between all the ingredients.

I always love shooting but this Branding Photo session takes it to a whole new level. I not only had the pleasure of watching Chef Sarah do what she is best at, creating delicious morsels, but I also ended up learning how important it is to support local farmers. Its not only beneficial for your health to eat the least processed and freshest produce as possible, but its also supporting your local community and future generations.

If you are feeling a little bit jealous, I don't blame you. But maybe this post inspired you to go to a local farmers market this weekend to pick a few ingredients so you too can recreate one of the dishes for yourself and your loved ones.
